All actions by committees and caucuses need the approval associated with Club, or in an urgent situation, the Executive Committee. No committee or caucus may endorse candidates or propositions. No caucus or committee can use the Club’s title meant for applicants or dilemmas without having the approval of this Club, or in a crisis, the Executive Committee.
